- For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a PT IT Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
- The PT IT Specialist executes all service activities according to service contract and ensuring availability of the PT system for patient treatment and customer satisfaction.
What are my responsibilities?
- Risk Management: Being a regular participant in the ´Limits of Authority´ (LoA) meetings, thus ensuring
that the required compliance risk assessments for Siemens projects are duly performed and adequately mitigated.
- Policies procedures and controls: providing support to the business operations to facilitate the effective conduct of business while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Training: Supplementing training materials provided by RCO with appropriate Divisionspecific
content and providing frequent training on compliance matters to managers and employees.
- Communication: working with appropriate management to become increasingly knowledgeable about the business operations.
- Consulation: give advice to business on analyzing any compliance related risk
- Monitoring and Reporting:In case the CO becomes aware of any alleged violations of the laws, regulations, and the Business Conduct Guidelines, he/she shall promptly report the case to the Regional Compliance Office.Report the status of the compliance program to the GM and GMBA of respective
- Division and Division-specific risks identified; make proposals to GM/GMBA and RCO on additional mitigation measures needed.
- Collective Action:Work closely together with business management in exploring opportunities for
collective action.
- Case handling and remediation: Provide assistance to the extent requested in support of investigations led by the CCO, RCO, an audit department, or any other investigating agents.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above with major in law or related
- Above 5 years experience in in operating business responsibility, or 10+ years in legal or other professional areas
- Highly skill in collaboration with international teams - intercultural experience
- Excellent knowledge of high ethical standards and clean record of compliance issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as Chinese
- Leadership experience/skill: good listener, good communicator, trusted leader, well organized
- Able to work under pressure
