Position responsibilities:
- Supplier audit and improvement following automotive standard, IS0 TS16949 ,VDA 6.3
- Supplier process/product qualification based on Eldor Standard
- Supplier performance monitor (Kpi’s) and continuous improvement
- Support New material homologation test
- Leading Supplier Quality Manual Requirements Review
- Leading Technical Review at supplier side for new project
- APQP activity for developing new automotive parts like: resistor, capacitor, IGBT, diode,
,electronic board, fuse
-PPAP approval ownership
- NCR management: support supplier for building a robust problem solving by using automotive quality tools (fishbone diagram,5why,8D,Pfmea)
- Push supplier to improve and correct raw material failures from IQC/production line/customer returns
- Support to Develop incoming quality control planning to continuously improvement
- Support of Incoming inspection specification creation
Position Request:
-Bachelor degree or above, automation and electrical engineering or equivalent discipline, knowledge of PCBA production and automation engineering background is preferred
-More than 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process of electronic part for automotive
market like resistor, capacitor, IGBT, diode, electronic board, fuse.
It is suitable a previous experience as process engineer , process quality, supplier
quality.
- Experience in application IPC Standard A 610E for Electronic Assemblies
- Experience on APQP activities
- Experience on Measurement System Analysis
- Experience in statistical tools applied to manufacturing process
- Experience for leading automotive process audit
- Experience for leading problem solving and process improvement
- Experience on continuous improvement program ( PDCA, Kaizen)
- Experience in working in big foreign investment company is preferred
- Experience on Kpi’s management- Knowledge in manufacturing process of electronic part for automotive market
- Problem solving quality tools
-Be familiar with quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan etc.
- ISO TS 16949
-Teamwork, innovation and communication skills
-Project management/ Resources Organization- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good computer skills, Good at Microsoft office （Word, Excel, PowerPoint
