7、员工离职手续办理；
行政工作：
1、维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境；
2、协助完成办公资产、办公用品与杂物的采购、维护和管理，统计行政费用的使用情况；
3、协助组织公司各种活动和会议；
4、宣传公司安全保卫、消防、卫生等条例，协助上级定期检查
5、负责安排公司的班车、订水、订饭等一切行政事务；
任职要求：
1.1年以上相关工作经验，文秘、人事、行政管理等相关专业
2.有较强的工作责任心和上进心，工作细心谨慎，能够承受一定的工作压力
3.有较强的团队协作意识
4.家住九亭者优先考虑
