This role will require in depth understanding of market environment including shopper behavior, category management and innovation as well as the crucial marketing skills brand managers employ in a consumer goods environment. This high profile role requires interaction at the leading china market, and will have an opportunity to influence their new product introduction and category management strategies. This role provides global exposure unique to a very few companies in China.

Responsibilities:
? Create strategies based on comprehensive industry investigation and analysis, including segmentation, and category prioritization and compete environment, to deploy marketing plan and customer marketing supports.
? Collaborate with other functions such as category management, business intelligence and consumer insights, communication, environment, and external agencies
? Provide ongoing FMCG business analysis, insights and market trend assessment to generate modularized marketing supports basing on customer business trade-offs.
? Regularly visit customers, and organize marketing supports by modularized services to drive business growth in line with key account management.
? Plan, budget, and organize the marketing activities (including fairs, seminars and exhibitions) to improve business opportunities and build up customer approaches.
? Maintain solid understanding of environment and trends, and leverage expertise to influence customer and category strategies

Qualifications
? Over 8 years marketing experiences in aseptic packaging or similar industry
? Prior experience in key account management in marketing and sales driving.
? MBA strongly preferred, with extensive experience in FMCG marketing and knowledgeable about regional markets or sales channels.
? Solid experience in market research and high skills in statistic data analysis tools.
? Expertise with understanding market insights and behaviors
? Business review and consulting skills with high persuasion.
