Provider Network Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Provider Network Manager is responsible for client projects with three primary responsibilities:
1. Provider engagement
2. Sales, marketing & project support
3. Training & materials

SCOPE
The Provider Network Manager reports to the health products division head and is directly responsible for engaging GBI physician network to ensure service quality, consistency and quantity. Services are delivered as part of GBI’s B2C direct business as well as B2B projects and programs for pharma, medical device, hospitals, health insurance and corporate employee benefit programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provider Engagement
a) Network Management Plan: Design, maintain and improve network management plan including follow up methods and protocols, call center scripts, and documentation
b) Network Management Execution: Engage directly with providers (by phone and face to face) and train GBI service operation agents on relevant medical, clinical and disease management related topics
c) Provider Satisfaction Measurement: inbound/outbound provider communication, surveys, user behavior tracking, online communication etc.
d) Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly behavior data tracking, provider satisfaction indexing, bug reports and other routine user related reporting
e) Service KPIs: Responsible for optimizing customer service KPIs for individual service team members and overall service
f) Documentation & Content: Create and maintain user training guides, FAQs, and other support documentation and work with GBI medical and product teams to develop content including app text, articles, videos, PPTs, flyers, as well as marketing materials
g) Product & Service Feedback: Work closely with GBI product and medical team to share and analyze client feedback including short term customization and development and long term product strategy

2. Sales, marketing & project support
a) Sales support – join sales team for sales meetings, contribute positively and professionally in meetings with senior client leadership, work with sales team and product team on creating project proposals
b) Renewals – work with sales team to ensure client satisfaction and project renewal and expansion
c) Conferences & Meeting support – support GBI promotion at medical and industry conferences, support GBI’s own industry workshops and medical meetings
d) Client Relations - Work closely with GBI company leaders to develop client loyalty programs and special initiatives
e) Project plans – align individual project plans with clients and manage overall project delivery schedule
f) Project reporting – prepare and deliver all client project reports, develop standard monthly, quarterly and project review reporting templates and improve over time based on client feedback,
g) Usage analytics - monitor key client usage and engagement from backend and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage abnormal high usage and low usage users

3. Materials & training
a) Workshops – Prepare workshops to discuss provider needs and scope potential projects coordinating with sales, product, and medical team colleagues
b) Trainings - Give effective training of GBI health products to providers (KOLs, Chief Physicians and attending physicians) and also sponsors (pharma, med device, hospital management, employers, insurance)
c) Materials – Create and maintain all documentation for providers including training PPTs, FAQs, service and product introductions and detailed walkthroughs, kickoff checklists, content templates and requirements and all other materials necessary to deliver to providers
d) Promotional Materials – Work with sales, marketing, product, design, and growth teams to develop materials for promotion to pharmaceutical companies and medical stakeholders

Job Requirements:
? 3-5 years working experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in provider facing roles
? 2-3 years team management experience
? Bachelor degree holder as minimum requirement, MBA degree is a plus,
? Native Mandarin speaker
? Excellent spoken and written English is a must
? Pleasant, patient, detail oriented and cheerful personality
? Independent and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
? Strong presentation and communication skills

Additional Requirements
? Track record of excellence in working with customers and addressing customer needs
? Flexibility in learning to work with new product areas and addressing diverse customer needs
? Understands broad trends in healthcare industry in China and internationally
? Understands needs of hospitals as a whole, as well as individual departments and specialty areas
? An outgoing personality - "a people person"
? Education background in healthcare is a plus
? Experience in pharmaceutical or medical related industries is required
