要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES：

· Production management or science and engineering related discipline, above college degree;

生产管理或理工科相关专业，大专及以上学历；

· Five years experience in production operation management;

五年以上生产作业管理经验；

· With production operation management, project management, management skills, develop TS16949, TPM training, QCC, etc.

受过生产作业管理、项目管理、管理技能、开发TS16949、TPM、QCC等方面的培训。

职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Department annual target,the drafting and implementation of policy;

部门年度目标、方针之拟定与执行；

· According to the requirement of production process and technical post personnel qualifications, work procedures, assigned tasks;

根据生产工艺和技术要求确定岗位人员的资格条件、工作步骤，分配工作任务；

· Meeting of the leading daily production;

主导每日生产会议；

· With sales, material department formulate contingency plans together and ensure product delivery on time;

与业务、物料部一起制定应急计划，确保产品准时交付；

· With technology department lead enforcement quality improvement together;

和工艺部门一起主导执行品质改善；

· Improve work and reduces the cost;

推行改善工作，降低成本；

· Training and training subordinates: Performance appraisal of subordinates, subordinate promotion, relocating the submission;

培训及训练部属：部属之绩效考核，部属晋升、调迁之提报；

· Audit department of all kinds of documents and forms;

审核部门各类文件及表单；

· Responsible for the environmental protection department work safety;

负责部门工安环保；
