职位描述
Service Marketing
· Develop regional “Ford Service” brand strategy and define key elements
· Introduce and share “Ford Service” best practice with AP markets
· Develop central “Ford Service” brand communication & advertising materials/assets, aligned to Ford global Look & Style, for use across the region
· Work with markets and Product Mktg Mgrs to introduce effective consumer campaigns and develop campaign marketing materials
o For general service (eg. “Capped Price”, “Free Loan Car”)
o For packaged parts/service offer, scheduled maintenance, non-scheduled repair, etc.
Collision Parts Marketing
· Identify opportunities to improve collision parts sales
· Develop/maintain a central repository of marketing materials/assets for collision parts for use across the region (need central budget) - eg. “crash man” ads targeting body shops or consumers
· Introduce and share best practice for retail/wholesale promotions, contests & incentives for collision parts
· Review markets’ FM&VM spend requests for collision parts initiatives
Other Marketing Related Work
· Lead service and collision parts Marketing support for e-Commerce platform
· Carry out other tasks/functions as determined/required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
? Strong analytical capability.
? Ability to independently conduct studies/research on parts market and competition.
? Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Good leadership/team spirit to assist the markets to achieve desired business goals.
? Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
? Good skill of Microsoft Office products, esp. Excel & PowerPoint
