职位描述:
1、 电话接听，留言转达，为来电者提供信息咨询；
2、 涉及行政事务的各项支持；
3、 行政相关费用的支付以及记录；
4、 提供其他办公室所需要的相关支持。

任职要求：
1、 大专或以上学历，具有1年以上相关工作经验；
2、 熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
3、 形象气质佳，有亲和力，责任心及服务意识强；
4、 工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚，有较强的理解力，有良好的团队合作精神；
5、 有较好的文字功底和表达能力，英语口语四级以上。
