Essential Responsibilities

- Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistics support and installation of applicable products.
- Provide on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction.
- Provide communication to appropriate business organizations with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problem, failures, trends, and climate.
- Support CF34-10A program on ARJ aircraft roll out and flight tests.
- Assisting on all of the hardware on time delivery. Being able to handle complex situation in a multinational matrix team environment.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of at least one type of GE program
- Understand how the assigned program integrates with system at the assigned customer(s).
- Provide technical assistance to customer(s) through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of program and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructions.
- Assist the factory with data collection and timely reporting to facilitate performance analysis and other business needs.
- Analyze customer data to assist with proactive reliability.
- Understand the operation of business tools to assist the customer in areas such as spare parts ordering, issues resolution, provisioning, and other business processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in a field service or maintenance position).
- Good command of English and Chinese languages, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive and courteous at all times, customer service-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel.

Desired Characteristics

- Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering preferred.
- FAA/CAAC Airframe & Power Plant license preferred.
- Additional experience with aircraft/marine/rail, industrial gas turbine engine operations and/or maintenance preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
- Able to work with all levels of maintenance, engineering, and management.
