WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We are seeking for a highly motivated Support Technician/Field Engineer in the field of surgical disciplines. The position will be reporting directly to the Operations & Support Manager for China and shall be based in Shanghai.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS?
Install Brainlab Image Guided Surgery systems in Shanghai and conduct acceptances according to the latest service documentation
Organize installation schedules internally and externally
Perform troubleshooting and repairs for complex technical issues
Perform yearly System Inspections & Safety Checks (PMI)
Work closely and establish good relationship with responsible vendors
Escalate problems/issues fast, involve responsible people and keep track of progress
Provide summary of experience, suggestions and possible improvements at end of projects
Track shipments by checking inventory after receiving, tracking backorders and informing headquarter about missing or damaged parts
Follow safety rules, especially MR safety & Electrical Safety
Manage service documentations to proactive completion and submission of key documents according to process standards, Electronic Field Service Reports to be submitted upon completion of service activity.
Create cases in salesforce.com upon receipt of customer complaint, close case as soon as customer issue is solved and ensure cases are always up to date, complete and ready for investigation.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Technician, Network Administrator, Electrician, B.S. in Biomedical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment
Good technical knowledge of Microsoft OS and networks
1-3 years experience in a technical support role preferably for a healthcare company or provider
Self-motivated, self organized, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Be located in your home office in Shanghai
