Main Responsibilities:
? Contributing to the development of the business strategy, and implementation of brand marketing actions in line with agreed strategies;
? Project lead for NPD and ensuring same in line with agreed objectives;
? Initiate, activate and analyse consumer understanding and brand connection parameters consistently to always remain relevant to the consumer in all marketing actions - Product development, communication, promotions etc.
? Build strong brands & generate strong brand building results
? To drive all actions needed to achieve the brand marketing plan in relation to the overall business plan
? Develop an Integrated Commercial Plan for the business in coordination with Sales and CCSD
? To develop key consumer insights and to propose brand initiatives for action, then track and analyze
? To drive all aspects of I&R in line with established EMS processes for agreed projects
? Above the line (ATL)-(TV,Print, Outdoor) Agency briefing & creative development pprocess oversight (briefing, development, production, testing); Below the line (BTL) execution Promotion/Activities / POS development / liaising with CCSD and sales to ensure high quality and consistent execution.
? Be consulted on, and responsible for PFME monthly tracking on own brand.
? Monthly P&L tracking to ensure KPIs are in line with business financial objectives: PFME control/ COGS/ pricing etc.

Qualifications:
? Open mind, Aggressive, full of passion, upright , good team work attitude. Creative, high efficiency, methodic
? College and above degree
? More than 6 Years of relevant work experience (marketing, sales or related eg. advertising / special events cordination); superior candidates would have at least 3-4 years in FMCG marketing discipline at simliar level
? Excellent skill of Office Software，Data analysis and PPT skills
? Mandarin , Good reading and written English
