MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payment accounting
- Arrange weekly payment, including accounting records in SAP, e-banking payment of claims and invoices, follow up and coordination with colleagues and vendors
- Banking related transactions and perform bank reconciliation
-Fulfill quarterly intercompany reconciliation package
-Looking after intercompany recharge/invoicing during interim and final
Treasury accounting
- FX Hedging/Funding
-Payment with Group cash pooling
-Cash report related submission
-Bank accounts management
E-claim & E-payment
-New master data creation and maintenance (amendments) for eclaim system
-Check the proper staff expense claim in eclaim, including authorization, accuracy, etc.
-Communication with DAPL staff (PA) for eclaim information
-Checking epayment invoices and inputting entries
-Preparing records for all outstanding claims and sending emails for chasing purpose each month
Daily operation
-Arranging and placing vouchers for record and external inspection every month
-Filing and maintenance of vouchers
Compliance work including reviewing vouchers filing, ensuring completion of agreements and resolutions; Tax filing preparation; assistance with annual audit
Payment process internal control improvements and other ad hoc projects support


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Finance/Accounting-related degree or equivalent from university
3-5 year experience in the AR / AP accounting and financial reporting experience in multinational company
Knowledge of SAP

Good spoken & written in business English
