TITLE: Recruiting Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai
REPORT TO: Chief Talent Officer (based in Beijing)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Be responsible for the recruitment process and set up the recruitment strategy, able to screen, identify and fill the company’s vacancies in a timely manner.
2.Build up and manage the candidates’ pipeline, implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a pool of candidates.
3.Manage and control each department’s staffing budget as well as assist each department head in setting up the effective department structure.
4.Able to make quick, smart and professional decisions in the selection process.
5.Understand the talent market in competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the business.
6.Proactively approach the potential candidates, able to provide high quality passive and active candidates within the time frame and reduce the lead-time for each position.
7.Oversee the activities of job fairs, advertisements, internal transfers and maintain relations with recruiting firms. Ensure the employer branding is positively represented while dealing with candidates and the recruiting firms.


REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.At least 7 years’ recruitment experience, prefer in Headhunting / Marketing Research industry;
3.Fluent in both written and spoken English;.
4.Proactive, mature, and result-driven;
5.Skills in social media recruitment strategies is preferred;
6.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
7.Capable of travelling on business according to hire request;
8.Strong management and interpersonal skills and attention to details.
