Senior Accountant

International real estate and relocation Company Asia Pacific Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Shanghai Finance Division

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting software experience is required

2. Hands on accounting entries to SAP System

3. Familiar with cross-border transactions and cash remittance issues

4. Preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis

5. Preparation of monthly and annual tax filing

6. Support of statutory and foreign exchange control audit

7. Handle incoming receipts and outgoing payments

8. Handle renewal of company business license

9. Handle AR billing and collection

10. Other ad hoc project assigned by HK Chief Accountant and management

Job Requirements:

11. Fast and Accurate Data input

12. Good English speaking and writing capabilities

13. At least 8 years accounting and supervisory experience

14. Proficient in Excel

15. Analytical mind and accountability

16. University graduate

17. At least accounting qualification in middle level (中級會計)

18. Multinational company working experience an advantage

19. Immediately available is highly preferred

Position Description:

1. Shanghai Service company, headquarter in Hong Kong, Job Location: Shanghai (浦西)

2. Privately-held, growing company, approx. 100 staff in the group

3. Report to Chief Accountant in Hong Kong
