岗位说明：
1. 供应链订单流程跟踪和管理，PO，预付款申请，付款申请，合同评审表格的审批流程跟踪
2. 供应链部门日常事务协助，采购经理，总监出差事宜安排，订票及酒店预订等事宜
3. 会议组织及记录，部门内及部门间会议通知及记录工作
4. 部门间事务协调，与材料公司对接材料发货等事宜，更新材料跟踪表格
6. 其他协助工作，其他对采购经理、总监的协助工作，如订单跟踪，供应商接待等


岗位要求：
1. 大专学历及大专学历以上
2. 良好的沟通谈判技巧
3. 精通word, execl, PPT等
4. 英文优秀者有限

5. 有外贸经验或者外贸学历者优先
