Objective

The Garment Coordinator is responsible coordinating & executing garment development throughout the whole process: manage project timeframe, process and result.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaison between LA design team and China garment development team to ensure that garment development projects are clearly understood

- Ensure that the garment development process and T&A is followed by garment development team and our vendors

- Manage the movement of garment samples; monitor and speed up development process and result

- Follow up on daily email correspondence with LA design team

- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure development’s deliverables:

1. most cost effectiveness; 2, best quality; 3 sharp delivery

- Regular poly conference with LA design team

- Manage pattern makers & sewing technician – ensure quality, fit and assist in prioritizing

- Regularly interface with fabric & trim sourcing department

- Control and inspect sample’s quality ; provide insight as to what is acceptable by western standard

- Constantly offer suggestion to achieve most cost & aesthetic effectiveness

Requirement

- Fashion design/technical school graduated preferred; with strong knowledge in ladies’ garment development area

- Min 5 years of working experience in fashion development area

- Spoken and written fluently in English and Mandarin

- Computer literate

- Good knowledge in garment construction, fabric and trim knowledge

- Sensitive to fast fashion trend

- Have excellent organizational & interpersonal skills; self disciplined & independent

- Resourceful with proven ability to multi-task successfully under deadline

- Familiar with garment export system will definitely be an asset

目前我上海分公司有四个部门: 面料开发部、成衣部、生产部以及样衣间。主要的经营范围是在国内委托指定的加工商完成成衣的加工生产任务，并出口到美国进行销售。
