1. Bachelor degree in the field of computer science
2. At least 8 years of experience of work as IT Technician in Microsoft environment
3.Experience of setup and troubleshooting of:
Windows Server 2008/2008R2, 2012
PC
Firewalls
Network
Storage
Active Directory
SQL
Exchange
4.Feeling of responsibility, integrity, curious and driven.
5.The ability to prioritize in stressful situation and the work is done with high quality and in good cooperation with colleagues and suppliers.
6. It is important that have a feeling for customer service
7.Willing to travel to our other offices in Asia to support their IT infrastructure
8.very good skills of English both in speak and written.
