Key Accountabilities

• PC System, Copy/Scanner, and Telephone daily maintenance
• Internal/External users support
• PC networks administration
• eMail server and internet administrations
• Eztariff, VACS, OPAS, GENTRAN, TM1, BackupExec, and Optical Filing applications support
• PC network printing support

Competencies

• Head-on Knowledge on Novell network administration
• Head-on Knowledge on Windows Network administraion
• Head-on Knowledge on Linux Network administraion
• Head-on Knowledge on Cisco route and switch administration
• Strong Head-on Knowledge on TCPIP
• Excellent LAN/WAN networking experience combined with data network architecture
• Good knowledge of PC Software & Hardware
• Knowledge on Server/PC backup system-Vertias Backup Exec and System/Network implementation

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Computer science degree or equivalent and MCSE/CCNP/CCIE write
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• 8 years working experience in IT industry or equivalent
• Min 8 years experience in Novell and Windows and Database Hands-on support
• Min 4 years experience in Linux/Cisco network equipment Hands-on support
