SAGA Customer Service

Job Description:

- To handle condolidation shipments, customer requests ,Import&Export,arrange pick-ups and answer inquiries.
- To follow shipments status with operation team and clients;
- Check documentations / pre-alert and POD

Requirements:
- Knowledge with international transportation, especially with consolidation

- Fluent English speaking and good written skill

- College degree or above, preferable International trade/Logistics major

- Good relationship skills
