Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documentation relevant to wind turbine design, components, turbine manufacturing, and instructions for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance;
- Assessment of wind turbine modeling, load assumptions and load calculations;
- Assessment of structural and strength analysis;
- Coordinating the technical review process among internal resources;
- Managing the project to ensure delivery of the scope, on time;
- Technical presentations to clients;
- Other job-related assignments as required.


Requirements:

- Master degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, aerodynamics etc;
- 3+ years experience for wind turbine design or design assessment.
- Practical knowledge in turbine design and/or design assessment;
- Familiar with working to international standards, national rules, e.g. IEC 61400-1, GL Guideline;
- Experienced application of modeling software for loads design, e.g. Bladed, FLEX or FAST;
- Knowledge of structural analysis. Familiarity with FEM analyses based on ANSYS, NASTRAN etc;
- Possess excellent project management, communication skills;
- Familiar with wind turbine manufacturing;
- Ability to prepare clear written reports in English;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Capable of analyzing and solving problems, working independently, and as part of an integrated team;
- Fluent in spoken & Written English.
