Responsibilities

1. Develop annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.
2. Develop online and offline marketing strategies and communication plan for company’s products, brands and events.
3. Communicate the features and capabilities of company’s product in clear, direct, benefits-oriented language.
4. Hands-on content creation, review and editing, presentations and on-line/print advertising campaigns.
5. Oversee the creation and delivery of online/print marketing communications (social media, website, presentation, banners, newsletters, advertising, content marketing and etc.)
6. Continuously search potential competitive products, analyze and offer guideline to product and brand differentiation
7. Manage various marketing campaigns from start to finish – include planning, implementation, final data analysis and report

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and five plus years related experience, preferably 4A advertising agency.
2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in an internet company or advertising agency, and at least 1 year management experience.
3. Strong project management and organizational skills and a track record of on-time delivery.
4. Strong leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to direct resources who are not direct reports.
5. Ability to develop compelling, differentiating value proposition/positioning
6. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
