岗位职责：

1.负责CHO细胞和其它哺乳动物细胞转染，高通量细胞株筛选，稳定细胞株构建；

2.配合项目设计人员完成具体实验，操作细心，及时准确完成实验报告；

3.负责相关实验设备的清洁、保养和维护。

岗位要求：

1.生物学，医学专业本科/硕士毕业生，有扎实的细胞生物学知识、无菌操作技能；

2.具有两年以上稳定细胞株筛选的经验，熟悉不同CHO细胞的生长特性；

3.熟悉抗体鉴定和检测相关分析技术，如SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western blot, HPLC 等；

4.能对实验数据进行合理的分析，及时有效发现问题并提出处理方案；

5.较强英文阅读能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力以及敬业精神。

The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
