职位描述

· Job Title/Grade: (Sr.) Finance Manager

· Business Unit/Team: COE Finance

· Reports to: Sr. Finance Director

· Location: Beijing

Job Description:

· Lead the finance team in the monthly financial closing, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures in support of the entity’s business objectives.

· Provides management with reporting that meets all corporate financial and legal reporting requirements.

· Ensures effective business controls, business conduct guidelines, and compliance with all government, corporate, and statutory requirements.

· Provides leadership and vision in continuously improving the organisation’s business operations.


Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting: Manages activities in the accounting transactional processing. Make sure accounts payable, fixed assets, expense bookings, intercompany transactions and general ledgers are booked and closed according to the corporate policy and timeline.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Directs internal, external and management reporting, and provides required analysis to achieve business objectives. Ensures that organizational reporting conforms to Corporate Accounting/Financial and Reporting Policies, e.g., reporting methods, account definitions, reporting deadlines, etc.

3. Treasury/Tax/local legal Reporting: Knowledgeable re: China legal accounting and tax environment. Coordinates treasury planning (cash flow analysis and planning, debt funding requirements), and China legal reporting (legal external).

4. Business Controls: Ensures effective business controls and standards of business conduct, through review, analysis and verification, across functions, working with business process owners to communicate need for controls and obtain support. Develops, implements and maintains procedures to ensure compliance with all government, corporate, and statutory regulations and with Business Conduct guidelines.

5. Team Development: Recruits, selects, trains, appraises performance, and administers salaries of reporting employees; determines assignments and changes employee status in accordance with company policy. Aggressively develops individual and team capabilities.


6.Other: Establishes and manages budgets and targets for assigned area of responsibility. Implements and supports enterprise-wide financial processes and systems architectures in the organization. Ensures cross-function coordination and communication with corporate finance functions.

Job Qualifications

§ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business. Expected to possess a theoretical understanding of business, accounting, and financial concepts as would typically be acquired through MBA degree and 10 years relevant financial operations experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing businesses preferred.

§ Has generally managed one or more of the primary controllership functions, e.g. cost accounting, business support, transaction processing.

§ 3+ years’ experience as a manager or supervisor.

§ Demonstrated ability to lead organizations

§ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
