Job Description:

Receiving calls from the customers for after sales cases.

Preparation of customer communication documents such as emails, faxes and letters.

Scanning documents.

Service tasks setup in ERP system.



Job Requirements:

- Familiar with MS-Office software such as MS Word, MS-Excel

- At least 3 years working experience in office environment.
