Finance and HR Manager

Working Place : 上海市嘉定区马陆镇上海希望城德立路541号

Job responsibilities :

1 – Be responsible for managing the finance and administrative day-to-day operations (accounting activities, reporting, administration, budgeting, supervising inventory, etc)

2 – Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash and banking activities

3 – Establish the tax declarations and ensure accuracy of company’s tax declaration

4 –HR management (payroll, labour contract, social benefit payment through Agent )

5 – Make the management control (analysis of margins, analysis of reporting, etc)

6 – Report to the local General Manager & Headquarter in Europe

Requirements :

7 – Excellent English communication skills (verbal, writing);

8 – Degree holder in Finance / Accounting

9 – More than 5 years Finance & Administration experience in an international company

10 – Handling local tax matters and VAT independently

11 – familiar with the accounting software ( Kingdee)
