Job description

Cooperate actively with customers, R&D, QC teams and mills in order to supply best fabric for our customers with good quality and on time delivery


Key responsibilities

Understand fabric marketing direction and customer’s requirements
Daily communication with customers and mills by e-mail and phone
Follow up bulk orders to ensure on time delivery
Monitor and check production status
Resolve conflicts between customers and fabric mills
Handle fabric quality issues ,shipment and payment timely
Meet customers requirements for testing
Work with Product Dept. to predict and prevent potential quality problems, and ensure bulk approval


Requirements

College’s degree or above in textiles, international trade or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 3 years work experiences in woven fabric trading companies, familiar with USA market is preferred
Familiar with fabric structures, and can be identify the fabric layouts, colors, and qualities
Can be working independently
With excellent communication and problem solving & analytic skills
Good oral and written English
