Job Responsibilities:

CREATION SUPPORT ACTIVITIES

? Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with HS&E policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines.
? Compound formulas for Senior Innovation Flavorist
? Respect strict confidentiality on projects and flavor formulas
? Maintain raw material palette samples updated, properly stored, with required shelf-life.
? Support Flavorist activities: samples preparations, tastings organization, shelf-life studies validations, samples shipments.
? Manage raw materials and flavors orders using SAP.
? Organize lab supplies and required equipment maintenance to ensure accuracy, cleanliness and safety.
? Perform required analysis / measurements for introduction of flavors in Core DB / SAP.
? Support Flavorist in preparing presentations of flavors to internal or external customers including data, slides, visuals…

APPLICATION ACTIVITIES

? Prepare beverages applications using existing formulas / recipes to support project activity.
? Apply flavors in beverages bases, adjust dosages if needed.
? Participate to panels / evaluations of creations and applications made by the I&D team.
? Prepare and organize stability tests for flavors. Manages the data collection and report on samples performance.

Profile:
? 3 to 5 year experience in Applications and or Flavor Compounding activities
? Scientific education is a plus
? Fluent in English (oral and written)
? Good understanding of flavors raw materials
? Autonomy, good organization skills, rigor and precision.
? Good command of Excel and Power Point.
