Responsibilities:
- Manages from Design to Hand-over phase a construction project for new or existing sites that require renovations.
- Defines, analyzes and coordinates with Business units what are their requirements.
- Designs the implementation proposal and evaluates the feasibility of the project, responsible for design and implementation of the workplace strategy and space guideline of the company
- Responsible for meeting objectives within quality, time and budget targets and for managing associated risks.
- Take ownership of all project tasks. Define closely with the main contractor what are the main project priorities.
- Responsible for technical and organizational management and financial aspects of the activities. Manages all contractors related to the project.
- Regularly reports progress and any issues to more senior management and to business head. Heads regularly progress meetings with the Contractors and records the issues
- Is the single point of decision in all project related matters.
- Ensures business continuity for critical services and property (including maintenance) and minimize disrupting business operational periods.
- Collaborates with Purchasing on the Tendering process and vendor selection
- Follows the H&SE guidelines

Education, skills and experiences:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience working in the construction, renovation, or restructuring of a property, with responsibility for site analysis, permitting and approvals, design and construction coordination, estimating, budget control, , and project scheduling, etc. Professional registration and other advanced training is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and verbal
- High degree of independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Excellent project management skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player
