Mission
? To help the sites and business to anticipate the regulation evolutions to ensure the compliance and sustainable development
? To Manage the Env-liability issues in the sites to minimize the potential significant remediation cost
? To assist the sites to develop Env. Action plan to meet the local regulation and Group’s policy requirements.
? To follow up the reporting and indicators system, participate to management system audit and compliance audit.

Vacancy description
? Regular remind the sites and business team of HSE regulations by setting up the tracking system to ensure the business activities are in line with the regulation.
? Help the sites and business team to anticipate the evolution of regulation and minimize the impact to the business.
? Participate Env. Compliance audit, and in-house QHSE management system audit in term of Env.
? Help to sites to set up and prioritize the action plan for compliance and improvement.
? Follow up the action plan to ensure the completion.
? Set up the files of environmental liability-remediation for all the sites as required by Env. Rehabilitation Department of Corporate
? Regular update the files to ensure the files situation is in line with regulation requirement
? Anticipation of remediation in case of need
? Due diligence for the acquisition
? Follow up of the env. Reporting of the sites as required by Corporate

Profile
? Master or Doctor on Environment Engineering/Management
? More than 10 years for Environment management and regulatory follow up.
? Familiar with Environmental regulations
? Know the different technologies for wastewater and waste gas treatment
? Skilled on the management system audit and compliance
? Willing to spend most of his time in the plants
? Able to challenge and motivate people at all levels of the organization
? Strong communication skills
? Strong customer orientation
? Good command of spoken & written English
