Job Description:
-Provide Project Management experience to all major GAP product projects.
-Determine, lead and align Project Management approach within GAP.
-Maintain and develop ''transmission Implementation Process'' and all PM related processes (Risk Management, Clearing House, Project Management and Milestone Review...)
-Provide PM training to GAP personnel.
-Ensure transparent project health status reviews at Project Review Meetings, Steering Team Meetings and special requests.
-Analyze, develop and improve PM performance by means of relevant PM KPI's.
-Provide PM Excellence to Energy rooms and Special Task Forces on request.


Skills and Knowledge:
-Academic graduate with 5-8 years experience in PM related assignments.
-Excellent communication skills (English).
-Comprehensive knowledge in PM.
-Team Leadership

GAP will lead and coordinate engineering and sales activities for GETRAG Corporate Group throughout Asia.
