TMT France Group has been specialized for 20 years in international transportation of goods, for import as well as export. The company has 6 offices in France and about 60 employees. TMT has set up their China office in 2009 and since then, the company's business has know a very solid and fast development, with about 100 containers / month between France and China and a strong specialization in wine.

Missions :
? Logistics :
o Assist the French Manager in the follow up and adapt the quotations for Chinese clients.
o Follow up of import / export shipments and on-line tracking on the container shipping companies' websites.
o Managing the pre alerts before containers arrive at destination.

? Marketing / commercial :
o Commercial support (new clients canvassing, follow up, development)
o Assist the French Manager in the preparation of business meetings / trips
o Set up client management tools (data base)
o Set up communication tools in Chinese (leaflets, website,...)

? Administrative :
o Day to day administration (reception, calls, kuaidi, office purchases, etc...)
o Arrange business trips (booking of hotels, flights, etc...)
o Contact and follow up with accounting firm

Experience :
? 2-3 years experience in logistics is mandatory, with a commercial oriented mind

Training / background :
? Bachelor degree
? Degree in French language would be an asset
? Degree in international logistics / transports would be an asset
? Good knowledge of office (Excel - PPT)

Langues:
? Mandarin : monther tongue
? English : fluent (business English)
? French : plus

Personal skills :
? Good communication skills, easy going and dynamic
? Able to work independently, to adapt to different situation and take initiatives

Salary :To be negotiated

Localisation : Shanghai Puxi (Yongjia Lu / Ulumuqi Lu))
