Role and Responsibilities
1) Teamwork with purchasing and R&D departments to select the qualified venders. Make professional evaluation on supplier quality control level to see whether the supplier have ability to ensure the quality of supplied OEM product and key material.
2) Control the OEM product quality in NPD phase. Establish PPAP process with supplier and R&D department.
3) Develop professional quality standard, reliability test standard and sampling check plan basing on product specification to ensure the OEM product to reach customer expectation.
4) Make statistical analysis for the performance of OEM product on incoming inspection and the feed back of field complaint. Trace, push and support supplier to get the root cause and effective corrective/preventive action quickly. Ensure the action to be implemented solidly in supplier side.
5) Strong experience on ISO9001 quality management system. Conduct audit to supplier quality management system periodically to find out the weak points and push the continuous improvement.
6) Give support to customer service department on handling customer complaint for OEM product quality issue. And lead cross function team from R&D, Purchasing and Marketing etc departments to work strongly on OEM product quality improvement to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Requirements and/or Advantages
1) Bachelor degree in engineering
2) 3 years or above experience in quality management, while at least 2 years in OEM and supplier quality management.
3) ISO9001 auditor certification.
4) PPAP experience. Familiar with statistical quality analysis tools.
5) Solid experience in improve supplier quality.
6) Good communication skills.
7) Fluency (written and oral) in Chinese and English is a must;
8) Proactive, flexible to extensive travel
