职位描述
Mission:
Experience with process and quality engineering, he (she) will provide leadership and direction to drive supplier quality team according to the automotive rules and Valeo division project team requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supplier selection:
- Conduct Pre-Process Audits for new suppliers.
- Technical support to Valeo project team and supplier during RFQ process.
- Explain the Valeo Requirement File and specifications to the supplier.
- Participate to sourcing committee.
- Supplier qualification:
- Built the Quality Assurance File (QAF) with the supplier.
- Validate the QAF with the Valeo Division.
- Perform process audit and audit follow-up on supplier site.
- Perform Full Day Production Run (FDPR) on supplier site.
Supplier management:
- Deploy Valeo specific tools and methodologies on supplier site : Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC),PDCA/FTA, FoCus, Supplier Relationship Management portal, Valeo Supplier Quality Assurance Manual, …
- Follow supplier quality performance and coordinate the action plans with Valeo Division SQA in case of poor performance (Top Worst Supplier). Follow those action plans.
- Manage supplier incidents with Valeo Division SQA.
Supplier development:
- Develop the supplier process and production management to ensure a continuous improvement on QCD and/or new product launch.
- Propose technical productivity to the Valeo division and support the supplier during implementation.
Spécific Comments
-Mandatory: Very good knowledge in the following technologies (Plastic/rubber injection, plating, electrical welding).
- Good knowledge Quality Tools (5S, SPC, FMEA)
- At least 5 years experience minimum in an industrial environment
- Fluent Mandarin and English level, Korean is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous and team player person
- Problem solving oriented
- This position requests very frequent travelling, up to 80 % of time.
