Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall process and product quality

2. Organize the analysis and improvement of manufacturing FMEA, work out root cause.

3. be responsible for customer preventative/corrective actions.

4. Work out Quality control plan to manage Incoming Inspection/In-process quality control

5. Conduct product line audit and make sure all processes follow specified procedures;

6. Conducting the MSA, Gauge R&R study;

7. Approve routers

8. Support the production line, including quality and process improvement, red light solving and layout improvement to meet quality requirement on the products.

9. Actively pursues ways to improve products/reduce costs. Work to reduce customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction.

10. Have the Lean Manufacture concepts to optimize yield, improve quality, throughput and reduce the scrap.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanics

2. Aerospace or automotive background

3. 5 years of relevant experience in machining or assembly

4. Good English skills

5. Good communication skills

6. Familiar with FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.

7. Familiar with AS9100 or ISO9001or TS16949
