The Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Finance Analyst to help establish and perform the compliance and the internal audit work. Reporting directly to Manager, Advisory & Assurance, this position will be a key contributor to the construction, launch and operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and will help to achieve executional excellence. He or she will be expected to help implement effective systems of internal controls that enable other functions to conduct business, while also driving fiscal responsibility and financial performance.

Responsibilities includes:
- Work with Preferred Travel Agency to ensure SHDR Travel policy is fully understood and under correct execution
- Audit the monthly actual travel report submitted by Preferred Travel Agency regularly to ensure proper authorization Monitor and respond to routine T&E inquiries by employees
- Ensure Travel Authorizations are being filled out timely and accurately
- Check employee expense claims are in compliance with SHDR T&E policy
- Conduct the travel policy, tools, and process training to new hires.
- Work with Cashier to make payment to employee on time per company schedule and for pre-approval expenses
- Communicate and follow up on controversy items until resolve
- Manage SAP T&E module implementation and work to resolve any issues on ongoing basis
- File the expense reports and supporting documentation
- Manage air ticket /apartment direct billing
- Prepare monthly T&E report to provide management visibility of the T&E expenses spent
- Support internal / external audits
- Maintain and develop good working relationship with internal & external business partners, streamline processes and make suggestions to improve efficiency whenever necessary
- Provide support to ad hoc projects, and also to the team to fulfill team tasks
- Play back-up roll to Cashier job
- Internal Controls - Perform appropriate internal control testing to protect Resort assets including ensuring the integrity and security of Resort revenue from Guest to Bank (Cash Transportation Activities).

Required Qualifications
o Bachelor Degree , major in accounting or finance
o Minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience in treasury, accounting, or Finance Shared Service
o Detail oriented, self-motivated
o Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
o Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
o Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
o Flexible to take on other financial tasks

Optional Qualifications
o Experience with SAP system
o Familiarity with PRC GAAP and tax laws
