工作职责/Main Responsibilities

1. 日常工作包含所有设备的故障排除，日常维护，清洁和点检，确保设备的正常运行。

Performs daily work inclusive of equipments trouble shooting, daily maintenance, cleanness and fixed point inspection to ensure the equipment is running normally.

2. 按照保养计划完成设备的保养，并把备件更换情况及保养数据记录在相对应文件中。

Follow the equipments maintenance procedure and make corresponding records

3. 协助团队持续改善并提供改善建议

Assist team to make continuous maintenance improvement

4. 协助工程师完成新设备的安装，完成设备的操作和维护。

Assist the engineer to install new equipments , be a trainee for operation and maintenance

5. 参与并完成模具夹具更换、工艺调整、备件管理、模具夹具的保养、新产品试验等工作

Take one or more tasks of mold & tooling change, process adjustment , spare parts keeping, mold and fixture maintenance and new products trial.

职位要求/Job Requirements

1、高中或中专以上学历

Technical school or high school or above

2、两年以上自动控制或机械电气维护经验
Minimum two years working experience in Automatic control or electrical

3、电脑操作熟练，如Excel 和 Word

Good PC skills

4、有注塑机、超声波焊接设备及相关设备维修保养经验者优先
Having an experience in injection molding or ultrasonic welding equipment maintenance & repair is preferred
5、诚实可靠，有良好的自我约束能力和团队精神。
