Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of maintenance plan and spare parts required
2. Carry out or organize to implement preventive maintenance plan
3. Preparation routine document
1) Operation instruction
2) Maintenance instruction
3) Trouble shooting instruction
4) Spare part list / each equipment
5) Malfunction analysis report
6) Training maintenance technician and setup
7) Mapping of design mechanical parts
4. Participate in project work, meet its requirement:
1) Draft equipment technical specification (hardware specification)
2) Pre-acceptance / final acceptance equipment
3) Adjust and fix equipment
4) Register equipment file and spare parts list
5. Design or modify relevant equipment
6. Participate in asset management
7. Solve the machine malfunction, Analyze the reason of malfunction and take precautionary measures
8. Assistant to select the spare parts supplier and purchase needed spare parts
9. Establish the equipment management archive and ensure the machine is in good condition
10. Others

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent
2. Minimum of four years related professional experience and/or training in the automotive field, on the actual or a similar product
3. Knowledge of Brose specifications and Brose development process, knowledge of PLC, Labview or machinery structure etc.
4. Creative individual with a knowledge of controlling system design concepts and principles
