Job Duties:

- Develop rural banking strategy, rural bank roll out plans and business propositions to facilitate the efficient establishment of a sustainable rural banking business

- Lead the development of the rural bank network distribution plan to expand business reach

- Monitor the post implementation results against plans to ensure adherence to the strategic goals and make recommendations to adjust rural bank strategy and plans as and when necessary

- Prepare management analysis and reports, briefing notes and presentations on Rural Banking operations as well as other economic/business topics for senior management.

- Lead team members to deliver diverse range of projects / issues and ensure high engagement, motivation levels & adherence to Group Values.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) or above.

- Minimum ten years of banking experience, with at least five years at managerial level. Exposure in business management, development and strategy is an advantage

- Good commercial judgment, with a strong problem solving capacity.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people from all levels, with developing capacity to influence senior teams

- Self-motivated, with the ability to drive and ensure team to deliver under pressure and tight time frames.

- Ability to filter and prioritise multiple demands, resolve conflicts, and develop consensus

- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.

- Excellent written Chinese and English is a must.
