Operation Senior Manager or Director (Financial services)
TongJuBao.com is a disruptive start-up platform bringing new experience and new social risk protection to the customers of insurance, preparing for it’s commercial launch in China in July 2015.
We are looking for an English/Chinese speaking Operation Expert at Senior Manager or Director level. Depending on experience or engagement..
Mission:
- Set-Up the operational processes related to payment / customer acquisition / claim management and anti-fraud verifications ;
- Recruit and Manage an initially small but rapidly growing operational team for those operations that are manual ;
- Define and/or validate operating processes of different nature ;
- Take responsibility of Operational KPIs and Efficiency.
You should be:
- Fluent in English and Chinese;
- detail oriented, striving to complete your mission 120% and not just so-so;
- looking for learning and developing your scope of responsibilities or to develop as the company grow in more senior managerial functions
- have significant working experience building or managing operational processes in China in one or several of the following fields: payment, credit, insurance or other relevant business ;
- be pro-active… not waiting for instruction but looking for what more can be improved at every step.
Rigorous and enthusiastic personality would fit well into the role.
Meticulous operational implementation shall be completed by a forward looking innovative mindset that will strive for the constant improvement of the company’s operating performance.
