Responsibilities:
1. Participate technical discussion meeting for new localization parts;
2. Conduct supplier evaluation by reviewing supplier compliance, management,quality, manufacturing technology, engineering and follow up the corrective actions;
3. Manage supplier development of powertrain components and follow up with necessary improvement needs;
4. Conduct supplier capacity evaluation;
5. Manage supplier to follow standardized processes for powertrain components by conducting APQP & PPAP;
6. Conduct OTS sample qualification in the pursuit of flawless launch;
7. Responsible for quality document review prior to parts delivery;
8. Drive improvements at supplier to achieve benchmark quality and delivery levels;
9. On site quality control if some potential risk is defined, prepare quality improvement plan together with supplier;
10. Help supplier find out the root cause of quality deviation, provide suggestion to supplier for improvement and reduce quality defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions;
11. Support JV quality activity in terms of supplier improvement;
12. Interprete suppliers in terms of specifications, drawing requirements, standards and acceptance criteria,GD&T,APQP process,etc;
13. Liaise with the various departments (commercial, engineering, quality, logistic, production, supplier) from the initial project stage until the successful serial production.

Qualifications:
1. Mechanical or material engineering background;
2. knowledge in engine components and its manufacturing,onsite quality control,engineering;
3. 5+ years working experience about quality / technology / manufacturing;
4. Understand of process flow / control plan and implementation of those would be a plus;
5. Familiar with Auto quality management system (VDA/TS16949);
6. Familiar with the quality tools of Auto industrial (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/Control Plan/FMEA);
7. project management knowledge and skill;
8. Good command of verbal and written English;
9. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
11. Initiative and self-responsibility, commitment;
12. Good learning ability and able to work independently, persistent;
13. Flexibility and willingness to travel.
