OVERALL OBJECTIVE
As a Manager in Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring accounting treatment and preparing finance statements in high quality standards and within timeline. Make well control over collection progress and payment request under company policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparation, analysis, reporting and review of financial data and information and make sure that all the activities have been accounted for consistently, accurately and timely.
- Review contracts and give advice on payment terms and tax issue.
- Monitor spending, review purchasing orders and ensure that payment can be paid with approval by proper authorisers
- Keep eye on progress of collection and payout, prepare cash flow forecast and make effective and efficient arrangement for idle cash to gain more interest income.
- Coordinate with external auditors in finishing annual audit report.
- Cooperate with Project Finance Manager to exercise well control over project production cost.
- Cooperate with Corporate Planning Manager to work out monthly financial report to meet Management team’s requirement for decision-making.
- Organize physical count on fixed assets and report to Management team on shortage and loss on fixed assets.
- Perform any and all other duties, as may from time to time be assigned from Management team.

REQUIREMENT
- University Degree in Accounting and Finance, CPA holder is highly preferred.
- Experience working in similar role, with experience in international audit firms is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude.
