工作职责：

1. 负责对公司现金收支, 保存,现金日记账和银行存款日记账；
2. 各类银行票据的管理，现金、转帐支票开具及记录
3. 日常报销单据的初审及日常费用的报销；
4. 工资发放；
5. 协助会计办理税务年检和工商年检
6. 银行相关业务的办理，协助处理办公室内勤工作
7. 财务主管交办的其他工作
8. 工作认真细致、积极主动，为人正直、责任心强，具有团队精神

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service when answering the telephone, routing callers, greeting visitors;
Maintain reception, meeting room and rest area, keep them tidy;
Maintain electronic databases and paper filing systems as required;
Format letters, reports, and proposals
Maintain office supply inventory and orders supplies
Assist with accounting tasks when requested;
Providing a variety of routine tasks and other general administrative support services as required;
Performs other duties or assumes additional responsibilities as required.


Qualifications:
Good English skill is a must;
Oral French skill is a plus;
People skills:
Excellent customer service skill;
Organization skills;
