General:
Responsible for managing all functions which is relative to the production of BU, including guiding and planning all activities regarding production, engineering, processing, purchasing, quality with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization.
Typical:
1.Responsible for Strategic Capacity planning and improving manufacturing capacity utilization by optimizing capacities and volume balancing between workshops;
2.Define industrial strategy to be implemented with new products. Set industrial targets in coordination with Product Development, Capacities, volume balancing, Make vs. buy strategy;
3.Responsible for follow up implementation of strategy, make proposals for rectification. Monitor the situation of new project Implementation;
4.Collection, analysis of the macro environment, industry trends, market dynamic and competitor information dynamics, analyze the industry prospects and technology development trend, puts forward the development of the BU direction suggestion;
5.Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of BU facility;
6.Ensure production volume, cost (material manpower and logistics), quality of product, production schedules, and supplying for customers are met.
7.Involved BU facility investment decisions, comments, and scheme;
8.Manage, coach and foster the related functional managers.
9.Performs others related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree and above with the major that is related to Automotive, Management, Engineering, Mechanical and etc;
2.Minimum five years working experience with the same level role in manufacturing plant of Automotive or Auto Components Industry;
3.Experience and background in Metal, Deep Drawing and or stamping process is desirable;
4.Familiar with China automotive industry polices and regulations;
5.Willingness to work as part of a team to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast growing environment;
6.Advanced level knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project);
7.Excellent English skills both in verbal and written
