Purpose
To work closely with the sea freight operations staff to support Japanese customers by providing stable and effective service and to ensure that the shipment is on board as per the customer requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
Coordination with Customers on requirements and ensure fulfillment of the requirements.
Monitoring the support from Customers.
Be a link between the operations staff in each station in China and the shipper. Communicate with operations staff in each station in China to meet shipper’s requirements.
Develop and maintain customer relationship management.
Solve queries and escalations from the customer on a timely basis.

Qualifications / Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sea freight forwarding.
Reasonable understanding of customs clearance procedure and international logistics requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate and have the ability to efficiently solve problems.
Can accept and has understanding of Japanese business culture and style.
