Job Responsibilities 1（工作职责）:

1. Closely monitor and coordinate the availability of aviation materials including New Buy parts, ER parts and IR parts to support production TAT. Peg required parts on time and drive for 100% kit cart fill rate before G3

2. Follow up engine build up plan, communicate with all related departments to fix material issues and assure all materials can arrive in time to meet TAT requirement.

3. Well inventory management and material planning to meet yearly financial target on inventory turn and inventory level. Analysis and take actions periodically to minimize aged inventory and E&O..

4. Well supplier selection and management and follow SEC & PW procurement policy, sourcing policy and related regulations. Organize the inquiry, comparison of quotations, supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.

6. Co-operate with related teams to supply required material data or information within agreed time frame

7. Review related documents and technical requirements for used part purchasing

8. Assist on troubleshooting of SAP related issues in Material Department

9. File all the job related documents.

10. Follow the standard working processes and ensure the well implementation

requirements

1. Fluent oral and written English, English Test Brand 4 or above

2. Bachelor degree above, major in Aviation or Mechanical related is preferred

3. At least 3 years working experience on Material Planning and Procurement. Working background with Aircraft Engine MRO or Aviation related MRO is preferred

4. Data sensitive, work SMART and excellent teamwork

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。
