Job Objectives:
To handle IE related issues in technology transfer from a USA technology partner and set up process; Responsibilities include production line layout; process running cost evaluation; production line efficiency evaluation/improvement; other tasks related to product characterization that assigned by the superior.

Areas of Responsibilities:
IE related documents review and upgrade.
Production line layout.
Process running cost evaluation.
Production line efficiency evaluation/improvement
Other assigned job by the superior.

Qualification:
Bachelor of Science/Technology or above, major IE is preferred.

Experience:
3+ Years IE experience of substrate or packaging process

Key Competencies & Skills
Knowledge of substrate or IC packaging process flow;
Strong IE skill
Quick learning capability;
English as working language.
