3. 工作年限：3年以上媒介相关工作经验；

4. 具备文案撰稿及营销策划能力；

5. 熟悉媒体推广运作，了解各媒体优势，了解合作市场行情；

6. 良好的人际交往和协作能力。

工作职责：

1. 负责优选推广媒体，制定推广计划与预算；

2. 策划并实施与媒体深度合作项目，利用媒体资源进一步加强推广深度;

3. 对媒体推广项目进行跟踪和监督，并进行效果评估工作;

4. 负责撰写新闻公关稿，并联系合适的媒体进行发布;

5. 建立和维护与媒体的良好合作关系，处理媒体相关危机公关；

6. 负责自媒体（如：官网、微信）的日常信息维护，以及自媒体本身推广工作。
