Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage local distributor to drive the business and achieve the pre-set sales targets for China East/West region and to be based in Shanghai or Beijing or Chengdu.

· Perform territorial analysis to properly identify prospective clients for the CyberKnife & TomoTherapy System, and develop related business plans to advance its acquisition.

· Actively promote Cyberknife and TomoTherapy System and present company products to existing and potential customers

· Make systematic and regular visits of the defined targets in the territories, setting up meetings with Radiation Oncologists, Neurosurgeons, Physicists to present the TomoTherapy System and Cybernife to them and initiate sales projects

· Execute forecasting and budgeting responsibilities associated with territorial activities and the achievement of sales objectives

· Contribute to the continued growth of our organization through consistently achieving quota and growing market share

· Maintain open and timely communication with sales management regarding sales leads, market challenges, competitive activity and other relevant issues of benefit to the organization

· Represent Accuray at the national exhibitions and annual meetings of various medical specialties

Qualifications:

· 3 - 5 years sales experience for both direct & in-direct (Distribution channel management) selling in the medical device industry

· Experience or knowledge in Radiation Oncology or Nuerosurgery is preferred.

· Experience with complex, medical capital equipment preferably related to surgical capital equipment or medical imaging equipment

· Good communication skills and be able to work hard in a positive manner

· Experience dealing with the medical community (physicians, surgeons, etc) for the say region will be preferable but not compulsory

· Ability to negotiate throughout a complex acquisition process

· Able to work independently and is a team player and a self starter who can relate well to peers

· Travel is required
