工作职责
Key Responsibilities
1. 负责与公司内部各部门及外部客户沟通招聘需求;
Engaging and partnering with internal business leaders and external client to identify all their hiring needs
2. 负责根据公司内部各部门和外部客户的招聘需求拟定招聘计划;
Develop and execute internal and external recruitment action plans;
3. 负责审核与更新公司内部各部门和外部客户所需岗位工作说明;
Review and update job description with internal department and external client;
4. 负责在内外部招聘渠道上发布招聘信息,整理挑选简历并安排面试;
Release recruitment information through internal and external channels, arrange and coordinate interviews, and contact shortlisted candidates;
5. 负责与外部客户保持紧密联系,及时向客户汇报招聘进展;
Keep timely follow up with both candidates and clients in recruiting process, partner closely within clients to maintain excellent communication;
6. 负责定期完成各种招聘报告,如招聘成本分析、招聘渠道分析、面试结果分析等,负责招聘数据的收集和整理分析;
Timely maintain recruiting reports (i.e. recruiting cost, channels and interviews), responsible for recruiting data collection and analysis;
7. 负责完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
职位要求
Position requirements
1. 人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历;
Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or psychology related majors;
2. 4年企业内部招聘经验,或2到3年猎头工作经验,有会计行业猎头经验者优先;
4 years of solid in-house recruitment experience or 2 to 3 years’ experience in a recruitment agency, accounting headhunter experience is a plus;
3. 熟悉各种招聘渠道,能够独立开展招聘工作;
Familiar with different recruiting channels, ability to work independently;
4. 具有良好的客户服务意识及优秀的协作沟通能力;
Service orientation and strong partnering communication skills;
5. 熟练使用办公软件,熟悉Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word等office软件的使用;
Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc;
6. 优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
