Objective of Job
?Provide efficient and high quality service to FCA entities in APAC region.
Brief Task Description
?Support General Counsel and senior counsels in various corporate and commercial matters relating to Fiat Chrysler legal entities
and Fiat Chrysler business in APAC region;
? Independently deal with daily commercial and operational contract matters of Fiat Chrysler legal entities in China and Japan, as
well as corporate formalities;
? Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, dispute resolution and various commercial matters.
Qualifications
? Education: LLB in law; LLM preferred
? Experience:
PRC qualified attorney with at least 3 years of experience working at an international firm or first tier PRC firm on contract,
corporate, commercial and operational matters;
? Skills & Competence:
？ outstanding bilingual contract drafting and negotiation skills, well organized and able to work independently;
communicate effectively with senior management, and other functions at all levels within the organization;
？ demonstrated ability to meet short and long term deadlines;
？ demonstrated ability to cope with stress and work as a team player.
